US datacenter includes:
US clients who joined Engaging Networks before February 1st 2026
Client IDs in the 10000-10999 range
US2 datacenter includes:
US clients who joined Engaging Networks on or after February 1st 2026
Client IDs in the 20000-20999 range
Hint: your account log-in URL can also tell you which server you are on. A URL that begins with ca. means you are on the CA server. If it begins with us., you are on the US server. If it begins with us2. you are on the US2 server.
